In 1926, the Russian Government funded experiments to create a Human/Ape Hybrid, ostensibly to create some kind of super soldier.
According to the article, the scientist was an expert in artificial insemination. Several women volunteered to receive the “Tarzan sperm.” The apes had issues and apparently died before they could do their experiments, and then the scientist was caught up in a “purge” and sent to a gulag somewhere.
But I’m not convinced, I’m thinking Saddam Hussein could be a descendant of these experimental humans.
