Researchers from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology have developed these tiny machines that can penetrate cancer cells and destroy them.
The machines penetrate cancer cells using a “threaded latch molecule” designed to be released only in a low pH environment whose pH is slightly lower at 6.8, but do not penetrate normal cells whose pH is nearer to 7.4.
This seems very promising to me.
