Did you know that there was another terrorist attack equivalent to 9/11 that was attempted in 2006?

Apparently multiple terrorists were able to smuggle explosives onto multiple airplanes in London. It was foiled by close cooperation between America, U.K and Pakistan who were one step ahead the whole time.

This story from Politico reads like a short spy novel. It will open your eyes as to what happens behind the scenes in the counter terrorist world (which I was a part of at one point…and one of my colleagues went down with PanAm 103).
