Quantum computing technology is supposed be such that massively difficult problems are suddenly easy to crack.
It is also suppose to mean that our private communications can be hacked and that our national security will be null and void. No encryption system will be safe. And China is one of the leaders in this technology.
Time to rejoice in the progress? Or time to worry?
