Move over, grocery stores — China’s Tiangong space station just grew a “bumper crop” of space tomatoes using nothing but mist, LED lights, and astronaut dreams. While the rest of us are still killing basil on our windowsills, taikonauts are out here playing space farmer and casually harvesting cherry tomatoes that probably taste like victory… and a little bit of recycled astronaut sweat.
