Florida Man strikes again, but this time he’s brought a vehicle to the party! A Fort Myers resident was left scratching his head after spotting an SUV parked, not beside a dumpster, but on top of it. Turns out, a construction worker with a forklift and a sense of humor was involved. They say there’s no such thing as a free ride, but apparently, there is such a thing as free parking… just maybe not on top of a dumpster.
