I didn’t realize this was common enough to be talked about. Have not had any direct experience with crying after sex.
If I had sex with Ana de Armas, I would probably cry with joy, but I think that is different.
“Sometimes it’s just an urge to cry. Sometimes it’s a bit of sniffling. Other times it’s full-on ugly crying. I’ve maybe had sex twice without a tear breaking, out of the hundreds of times,” a girl name Amber tells Mashable.
I’m not sure I would want to have a conversation about this.
“This refers to the feeling that you’re gonna cry or be sad after sex,” he says. “I want to be clear, though, that we’re specifically talking about just crying or feeling emotionally overwhelmed after sex. I’m not talking about people who have pain related to sex or have experienced sexual violence. That’s a completely different situation. Post coital dysphoria refers only to people who are having consensual sex and are then tearful or sad.”
Wow!
