You know that the big fear with quantum computing is that it is said to be able to break the strongest encryption in a very short time. By standard techniques these encryption techniques might require centuries to break.
So someone invented encryption that can’t be broken by quantum computing. Great breakthrough right??
Unfortunately, someone broke it in 4 minutes using a 10 year old pc.
Back to the drawing board, I guess…
