Is this a victory for men’s rights? Or just another weird ruling by an activist judge.
Apparently, his supervisor called him a “bald cunt.” The judge decided that “cunt” was fine, but bald constituted sexual harassment.
‘The idea that calling a man “bald” constitutes sex-based harassment that is equivalent to commenting on the size of a woman’s breasts is dubious at best and insulting at worst.’
And this came from an all male panel.
I’m not sure I agree with this, but now I have to be careful. Wonder what Will Smith would think about this?
