I know a few people who seem to have beat them to the punch.
But this is a laboratory that has injected human cells into a pig embryo. The human cells started growing creating what they call an “interspecies chimera.”
I know this sounds creepy, but apparently the goal is to be able to grow human organs inside of a pig, for transplant purposes.
I guess this is OK, since I want to live to be 400 years, I can go back to the farm and when my liver fails, I find the pig with my extra liver growing in it and get the transplant!
