Orwell is scary. If you have read 1984, or Animal Farm, you know that he had an uncanny ability to describe the eventual state of humanity. Read the news, you will see the propaganda, the “baaad” chants from the sheep, our country turning into a surveillance society, and much more.
Right at the moment we are seeing homicidal maniacs all over the place, and the calls for war. We are seeing that in Putin right now. and Putin is describing us in exactly the same way.
