If you were born later that 2004 and want to smoke cigarettes in New Zealand, you are out of luck. You cannot. The minimum age for buying cigarettes will rise progressively so you just can’t do it.
Of course, you are still free to be addicted to nicotine, because vaping is unaffected by the law.
It’s the best of both worlds! They eliminate the costs of lung cancer and maintain the profits of human addiction!
