This is bizarre, alarming and weird (but in a serious way). Apparently, both Putin of Russia and Gaddafi of Libya are providing their troops with viagra to increase their abilities to rape.
Of course, Susan Rice, on the left, has the credibility of a 6 year old with his hand in the cookie jar, and I don’t know who the other person is. So maybe this isn’t happening quite this way.
