This is a small part of Russian propaganda in America. It is clearly not an especially powerful method since they didn’t get a lot of press.
They are protesting NATO and urging the U.S. to stay out of Ukraine.
If I had known about this in advance I might have taken the time to go watch them protest and perhaps practice some of my Muy Thai skills.
