Have a look a this puppy! It is stable, it is powerful enough to fit two people (perfect for that first date!) and it is as simple as can be.
Looks pretty cheap to build too.
Just reading the comments though, at least three people think its fake, one guy suggested it needs a roll bar, and some were concerned about the open blades. And no, I don’t know if you would need a pilot’s license, but probably.
