Polls in bellwether states have turned sharply red, as you can see in the Real Clear Politics chart below. There are many fewer undecided voters. It looks like Republicans will have a good day.

“But a plurality of Ohio voters, 40%, said they preferred Republican control of the House and Senate compared to 33% who said the same of Democrats”

We are exactly two weeks ahead of election day (although early voting has already started in many places), so the prospect of turning to Democrat favor is waning.

Some are expecting an “October Surprise” from the Democrats. Others are expecting widespread cheating.

I guess we will see.

But you probably already know I lean conservative, so pardon me if I wear an optimistic smile.
