Locals had a range of reactions, from suggesting a survival challenge in the Siberian tundra to pondering the logistics of their ‘business’ meetings. But there’s a twist in this tail – this gathering coincided with Folsom Europe, an event celebrating various fetishes, and it’s all about ‘pup play.’ These participants don’t believe they’re real dogs; they’re simply having a howling good time cosplaying as canine companions.

Berlin once again proves it’s a city where self-expression knows no bounds.
