GPS signals are supposed to be very difficult to disrupt, it would take a very powerful jammer to do this on a wide scale. Naturally, a military jammer would be able to do the job.
This is being done in the Russia and Ukraine war to prevent the use of drones with use GPS for navigation. Even if jamming was spotty (which it would likely be the situation), drones would easily be rendered ineffective, the would not be able to find their targets or their way home without direct human control.
Drones were becoming a substantial weapon, perhaps they will be lose their mojo.
