According to a video that goes with this article, sperm count has dropped hugely, and we actually have a fertility crisis. (I have no idea if this is true or not…).
But maybe this will help.
This was meant to be an anti-cancer drug. But during testing on some Duroc boars, they found that it increase their sperm motility.
Sperm has to be pretty lively in order to impregnate and egg. Improving motility means that the egg is more likely to be impregnated, which it seems is a side effect of this drug.
The drug has not been tested on humans yet, but could be interesting for older guys who want to start a family late.
Why the heck not?
