This is a very stupid woman. Apparently she refused to sign a ticket (which does not admit guilt, only that you received it).
She very likely could have gone to court and beaten the ticket, or at most paid a fine.
I don’t see excessive force. I see a spoiled bitch screaming her head off trying to get her own way.
There will likely be people out there protesting police brutality.
I hope she goes to jail, she deserves it.
