How about GARGANTUAN GENETICALLY ALTERED MOSQUITO BEASTS!!!???
OK they are not that big, they are really just slightly altered to reduce the transmission of certain kinds of mosquito borne diseases.
But that doesn’t make it safe. These mosquitos are being protested (are the protesters carrying signs small enough for them to read??). Genetically altering any creature is dangerous in the most unpredictable ways. They could easily mutate into something else, with greater problems than the standard mosquito. The variables are infinite and our experience in this area is exceedingly small.
No worries though, they are all attract to me when I go outside, all 2 billion of them (seems like, anyway), so their damage will be limited.
