This is a bizarre story. Apparently the only victim who managed to escape from serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer was found by police, naked delirious and with a hole in his head. Then the POLICE RETURNED HIM TO DAHMER.
The kid was 14, but Dahmer managed to convince police that he was his 19 year old lover. Within an hour after they left, Dahmer murdered Sinthasomphone, performed oral sex upon his corpse, and dismembered him.
In case you missed it, Dahmer was captured, sentences to 15 consecutive life sentence, and was beaten to death in 1994 by a fellow inmate.
