Hafthor Bjornsson, the actor who played the “Mountain” in Game of Throne’s is 6’9″, four times the “World’s Strongest Man” and just recently set the new dead lift world record at over 1100 lbs. And he is now a professional boxer. To be where he is, he has lost about 130 lbs, and he is STILL well over 300 lbs. But now he is pretty much solid muscle.
And oh yes, he is a very busy actor!
