This is the Storror Parkour or “free running” team, they leap through a route on the tops of builds and take POV videos that will scare the living hell out of you (OK, it does that to me, maybe you are way bolder and braver and you have steel gonads or ovaries or whatever).
This is worth a watch. You will not forget it.
