Cattle Dip.

I’m a farm boy from Kentucky, but we did not have baths like this. We put the cows in a field and they just walked into the pond to cool off. The were nice cows.

But this is apparently more than that. This is a method for applying flea and tick medicine. It should work, but if the cows head doesn’t go underwater, then the cows faces are not protected. Pink eye comes from cows picking up parasites from eating taller grass (which pokes them in the eye…).

It is a fun video to watch, and the cows seem to like it.
