If you are expecting the apocalypse, and you are filthy rich then, this might be something for you to consider. They are first rate and they are fifty feet under the ground. This means that no radiation from the nuclear war outside will be able to reach you.
The question will be how much food and diesel fuel can you store, they both go bad after a while. You can store diesel for 6 to 12 months, before it decomposes (even with stabilizers…). You can buy military style food that lasts 20 years, but it would get bland after a bit.
Might want to think about storing some solar panels for when you emerge.
And if you are really, REALLY rich, MIT is working on a small nuclear generator.
