First, showering with harsh soaps and such damage your microbiome. This means that you are getting rid of some of the biological organisms that are beneficial..
Second, he believes that if you gradually reduce the soap that you use, your body will adjust and you will need less.
Then he goes on to say that body odors are “more nuanced and informative than we give them credit for.”
That last statement is what I call a “clue.”
I’m guessing this guy smells like a football team’s dirty laundry. So if you see him, you might want to give him a wide berth.
