This is not science fiction, this is real and in use in Ukraine right now. This is a ground based 4×4 robot with a 7.62mm machine gun attached. It weights about 110 lbs.
But it is not controlled by radio, it has a 2000 foot fiber optic cable for control. This is ultra safe, it cannot be hijacked.
