Yes, thanks to the mandated transition to clean energy by the Biden Administration and other environmentally crazy government officials, two-thirds of the U.S. could be subject to energy blackouts this summer.
We are basically cutting of our energy generation and replacing it with renewable energy which a) isn’t ready yet, and b) is being blocked by opposing environmental groups (NIMBY or not-in-my-back-yard syndrome).
