Yes, California believes that Bees are Fish. A court has made this ruling.
This stems from a case where the California Fish and Game Commission declared bees to be an endangered species. They were sued because of the additional burdens it placed on local agriculture, saying they exceeded their mandate.
The California law says they protect “bird, mammal, fish, amphibian, reptile, or plant.” Bees are none of those.
But the Court ruled that bees are fish, and therefore fall within the mandate.
Talk about judicial overreach, this judge has decided to change the science of biology to suit a political goal.
Note to children who read this. Bees are not really fish, it is just adults playing games.
