The U.S. Commerce Department has just reported that the Chinese Government is engaged in dangerous work related to “brain control” warfare. That means they want to influence soldiers to just give up.
Obviously we know that China propagandizes and censors all information going to its people, they are kept ignorant and well controlled. They have one camera for every 4 people right now, complete with facial recognition so they can track anybody anywhere, and byway they are implementing a system of social credit, under which you may not be allowed to travel unless you conform to the behavior the government deems proper.
Can you imagine what it would be like if they actually develop technology to compel you to obey?
